Braeview Academy is a secondary school in Dundee, Scotland. Situated on top of a steep hill (brae), it is surrounded by wasteland dubbed as "Tarzan's Island", or "Tarzies" as it is known locally. It was originally named Whitfield High School.

Braeview Academy follows standard SQA curricula for most Scottish secondary schools, including a number of subjects such as Maths, English and German, for example.
